FPL editing very crash-happy

Hi folks! I am having a bit of a problem with the FMGS. So far _every_ flight I do ends with a CTD, always when editing my FPL. It's very annoying. Setup is FSX:SE, Win10 x64 and latest A319 version with the FMGS DirTo crash fix DLL installed. So far:

* Crash when entering the final point of the OFFSET page (where to end the offset) - apparently known issue, I've seen a post in the forum that offset page causes crashes, but OK - I can live without OFFSET and steer around it NP. I think I also had a CTD when exiting the offset from the FPL page.

* Crash when setting a HOLD on a LAT REV from a waypoint I haven't yet reached yet in the active flight plan

* Crash when removing a discontinuity on the 08 non-precision approach at LOWI (select the 08 app. via the TULSI START, and try to CLR the discontinuity between RTT and the approach)

How can I provide more details about these? I can't imagine flying this bus online if the FMGS is so crash-prone.

Installed addons: GSX, UT2. The scenery I'm flying over is stock. Navdata I am using is Navigraph latest. I have installed the bus without RAAS and the checklists in the addon are usually disabled.

This is the one before that (I've parked the abus on the ramp and left FSX running for about 14 hours, then tried to start it and could not access the left MCDU - it pretended that I need to SET IRS TO NAV - done this multiple times, didn't help, tried to quit FSX the normal way and then this crash happened)

There must be something else on your machine causing this. Yes, the faulting module is the FMGS.dll, but I haven't seen so many continuous problems with the updated dll here in the forums as with your setup.

This might look like a far fetch but I would like to ask you to install/update all the VC++ redistributable packages on your system. You will find to download link at item 3 in this topic:

And another (deleting discontinuity just before the first waypoint of a STAR when editing active FPL to divert to EDDK)

I will reinstall the VC redistributables as described (but OMG there is an absolutely obscene number of them) and we'll see what we will get.

Yes, I know it is a lot of work. But as I said, there must be something with your system that causes all these crashes. The VC++ redist packages have proven to be the source of a huge variety of problems in the past. So hopefully getting them all to the most recent version in your machine will stop these constant crashes.
