The menu is all messed up and it doesn't show any new news or photos. Can you help me with this problem? Check out my attached file and let me know please. Please login to display this image. I can tell you that the Launcher is not mandatory and is not even used in new products, and you don't have to use it unless you wish to. Best wishes! DaveCT2003 2553 Posted March 31, 2017 Share Posted March 31, 2017 Some products can be updated via the launcher, but as I said it's not required. Given the nature of the issue, I'd check to be sure that you installed the product/launcher by first disabling your computer security software, and then run the installer "As Admin".
