metalmike 19
After computing a flight from Rostov (URRR) to St. Petersburg (ULLI), I noticed that initially my cruise level is FL315 within the Rostov FIR, then it has me climb up to 360 before entering Moscow's FIR. Is this correct nowadays? I know in the past Russia used metric flight levels much like China still does, but read that they have since switched to feet flight levels above transition altitude, like most of the rest of the world. Is Rostov an exception to this rule still, or is this a mistake on the part of PFPX? Thanks

srcooke 422
The FL result depends on whether you reach cruise in the URRV sector, aircraft in use makes a difference here. Not sure if the cruise table for the airway FL is obtained from AIRAC.
