Looks like it really is down, and has been down all day.  You put a new product up (Malaga X) and then provide so far no access to any scenery's/aircraft.....awesome!

It was giving me a "#480 error site under construction".  Actually still getting this error.  I cant enter into the FSX scenery or aircraft pages.

http://www.aerosoft.com/cgi-local/us/iboshop.cgi?show270

http://en.shop.aerosoft.com/eshop.php?action=home&s_design=DEFAULT&shopfilter_category=Flight+Simulation&s_language=english

And why you guys have 2 different websites is beyond confusing to me.  I don't use the second address.  I always use the first.

I am going through the first link and it goes fine to the main page. But when I click on any of the product ads I am also getting error 500:

Notice

it will be soon available

page 500: under construction

I get a different error when I click on a different product:

Notice

it will be soon available

item 12940: no item available

Still down.  Thanks!  This is a forum right?  Where you come with issues and get help?

Please note that you have written your post at 06:00am local time in Germany. I don't know what working hours you do expect?

And btw, for me the page works flawlessly as well. Maybe you just need to flush your browser cash and try freshly via www.aerosoft.com

As it works for many others the problem must be on your side.

We can't explain that issue, we simply see no problems in the log files. I suggest you clear your browser cache.
And sorry we did not respond as fast as you would have liked. But we simply are not big enough to have 24/7 service. We try to provide 12/7 service and most of the time we are able to get that done (I think we are the only FS add-on provide who does that btw).

Just woke up and the FSX part is working now.  For me the FSX section was down for over 17 hours.  I posted in the forum a little over 16 hours ago, and now its working.  I did nothing to change anything on my comp so it wasn't on my end nor was I the ONLY one with the issue.  Anyways all seems to be working now, case closed.
