epicdemon99 0
Whenever I am flying a NAV route, I expect the plane will fly the heading to the next WPT, however the heading seems to deviate often. The plane still reaches all the WPTs correctly, but I was wondering why the ND displayed this: http://prntscr.com/c9fewx / http://prntscr.com/c9fh4k
MagicPhantom 7
As you look to the upper left in your pictures you'll see heavy winds from frontal-right. So the deviation in heading to the right is called the wind-correction-angle (WCA), otherwise the aircraft would drift away. That means the display is correct. Deputy Sheriffs Tom A320 4915 Posted August 23, 2016 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted August 23, 2016 Hello epicdemon99 and welcome to the forums! Please post your screenshots directly here into the forums and not on some other external pages. I for myself (and many others too) are not willing to lower my browsers security settings, just to see any screenshots. Here in the forum you can just drag & drop them. Really no need for any external page.
