Twin Otter Throttle Issue (Not again!)

Hi all, only just downloaded the Twin Otter and I'm having a few issues setting power, and more importantly keeping it there. Engines running, Prop levers can be forward, feathered or whatever but when I apply power it holds it there for a few seconds and then the power drops back to idle, I look up to check the throttles and they've returned to idle.

 

I have even set the brakes and pushed the throttles forward, waited and then watched as the levers drop back to idle.

 

Can anyone tell me if its me doing something wrong or if its an fsx issue? I'm using FSX steam on a brand new PC that has had no issues with any other aircraft in the same way (including the aerosoft airbus x).
