I am also hoping that you make this livery Holgi! I found a better pic of the owl in this link.

Not just Holgi, anyone lol!  Detcord or John Glanville...

I can only speak for myself but even with the older Frontier aircraft , the only way to do such a paint any justice is to have access to the original photo that Frontier used , making a hand drawing from the photo would take forever . If Frontier would not be willing to share their original , then someone would have to take a photograph without having any distortions , taken at the " right " time of day ( no shadows ) , showing the " true " colours and finally with a high definition ( i.e. taken with a " proper " camera ) , a smart phone isn't going to do the job , the internet is full of those type of pictures .  Now with the new A321 the livery extends from the tailfin to the tail section and rear passenger door . These 3 sections are also drawn at 3 different ratio's , so for everything to match up requires a lot of ( extra ) work , not forgetting having to take the curvature of the fuselage into account as well .

Maybe if you tried contacting Frontier yourself and asked them ? My own experience has been ( sadly ) that I have yet to receive a reply from an airline , though others have been successful .

I'll leave Frontier to Holgi and flynryan692. As for contacting them, you can certainly try. I've had great success with the likes of KLM, American, SAS, and TNT. But for every yes I receive I get 5 no's.
