Jude 190
The error is with your d3d10_1core.dll file in Windows. This is an OS level file which needs to get repaired - run sfc /scannow to try to repair the files.

Deputy Sheriffs Tom A320 4915 Posted February 9, 2016 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted February 9, 2016 With what have you "scanned" that file for bugs? Extract from your error log: Name the failed application: Prepar3D.exe, version: 3.1.2.15831, timestamp: 0x5672b60aName the failed module: d3d10_1core.dll, Version: 6.1.7601.17514, time stamp 0x4ce7b7ac Exception code: 0xc0000005 Offset error: 0x0000804b The ID of the failed process: 0x197c Start time of the failed application: 0x01d161d223a1f8d7 The path of the failed application: D: \ Lockheed Martin Prepar 3D v3 \ Prepar3D.exeThe path of the failed module: C: \ Windows \ system32 \ d3d10_1core.dll Report Code: 9cf90a18-cdc5-11e5-8524-d850e6e3b866 This file is, as Jude already wrote, a file from your Windows OS respective it's drivers. So you either try to get a newer driver version for your graphics board (which fixes this problem) or you can try to switch the ECAM rendering being done by software (instead of the GPU) within the Airbus configurator.
