larsli 0
I have flown from ENBR using GOKAB1C SID a couple of times now, and the plane is completely missing one of the waypoints on the departure. It is supposed to overfly BR626, but it is way off. I also just now had an approach into ENVA where the same thing happened (STAR VEVOD1M). The plane missed waypoint VA713 and the approach was completely messed up (started going around in circles trying to get back to VA713 etc.). Am I doing something wrong? ubersu 23
That's because none of the waypoints on that SID are designated as 'mandatory' or 'fly-over' waypoints. Consequently, the data isn't coded that way either. Compulsory waypoints are printed solid black, and fly-over waypoints have a circle around the symbol - neither is the case on the charts. Max Reverse 344
But you can make them "fly-over". Click on the waypoint and push the "fly over" button at your FMC.
