Rq. Support, AES credit just purchased not recognised.

Went to enter in the serial associated with my purchase and AES 2.40a wouldn't accept it as a valid serial, have double checked I copied and pasted it correctly, and even typed it out manually but keep getting the following message.

 

"No valid serial number. Please check the entered number with the new number at your online-shop-account".
