WebMaximus 320
I'm about to reinstall Heathrow Xtended after replacing P3Dv2.5 with P3Dv3.1 and checking my download links I noticed how I still have separate files for the jetway patch (one for FSX, one for FSX:SE and one for P3D). Does this mean I'm still supposed to download this fix and install it separately after I installed the main product to get working CTRL-J jetways? Might be me not remembering this correctly but I thought it was said this patch would eventually be included in the main installer?

Richard, the patch is still available as single download beside the installer for EGLL itself (check your shop account). This means that it still has to be installed additionally on top of the EGLL setup.

Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted February 3, 2017 Aerosoft Share Posted February 3, 2017 I suggest to do a clean install using this method: 1) remove the product using the Windows Software control panel (do not manually delete the program files) 2) do a disk check (right click on the drive, select properties, select tools, select check now) 3) reboot your computer 4) log in with administrative rights 5) disable the anti-virus software temporary 6) install the product 7) enable the anti-virus software 8) defragment your disk (NOT if you are using a SSD) We have never seen that fail to fix this problem.
