The error message states that the installer doesn't find any supported P3D version. P3Dv6 is not a supported version, i.e. the installer doesn't know anything about it and therefore don't recognise it at all.

Hello Luis,
the answer to your problem is unfortunately quite easy: the "Aerosoft A320/A321 professional" is not compatible with FSX, but only with the Prepar3D simulator.
For your FSX you need the "Airbus A320/A321" package. I am sure that Aerosoft is able to organise a replacement for you.

why are the messages getting deleted ?
They are not getting deleted, just hidden from public view. Posts are getting hidden if they contain hatred or profanity, are off topic or are plainly trolling.

Livery Format
Also is the Aerosoft A330 Livery format available so livery creators can create liverys? I swear someone said that in a YouTube video I watched.
Please take a look into the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) which is linked on top of every page in this topic. There you will find a link to the paint kit.

Hi Team,
I was wondering what resources were allocated to making the A330 Website. Did the devs working on the A330 also make the website, or was it a separate team?
Thanks
The Aerosoft marketing department is staffed with different people than the development department.
But have a look for yourself: https://www.aerosoft.com/en/company

I read your name many years ago the first time before I even started to think of interacting on the forum here as well.
For me, you simply are "Mr. Aerosoft Forum", always have been and most likely always will be
It was a huge pleassure to work more closely with you the last years, and I have to admit that I learned a thing or two from you when it comes to moderation. One thing is, that you always have been much more patient than I was. You always lead with good example and that is it what the community here will remember you for!
Looking forward to see you some time in the future at any of the events you actually initiated many years ago for the flight sim community in Europe.
Thanks for all, good luck and happiness in your new job and it was my pleassure to serve all the fish!

Not only ranting and profanity is getting removed from public view (if it crosses a certain line, which in the last days was actually quite high so that most posts are still visible), but also posts which are simply off-topic. This still is the A330 preview topic and not a general chit chat topic to discuss any topic you like, inlcuding other products.
Sometimes the answer to a question really is that simple.

I am sorry to say, but that is not true. Aerosoft might have aimed for a 2022 release, but never promised it. Mathijs made it perfectly clear, in each of his posts regarding a release date, that no release date has been decided and the only thing he commited to was a 2 weeks notification before the release. Please feel free to find any post of him in here stating anything else.
Everything else is purely made up by users who either ignored relevant parts of an information given here or believed what other users said.
Example:
Q: "So could we say between 1 - 4 [months] lets say?"
A: "Without any guarantee, lets."
What some users made out of that: "Hurray, the release will in 4 months."
See my point? By ignoring 3/4 of the given answer I would also come to that conclusion. But that would only be 1/4 of the truth...
Honestly speaking: the only reliable source of information regarding the A330 is here. In the past it came directly from Mathijs. Now just look to the left if a user has an "Aerosoft" badge or watch out for the A330 web page that has been announced for the end of this week for the latest information.

I am sorry, I didn't check that download package from Microsoft. In fact, that is not the missing driver but just some general information about XAudio2.
This should be the correct download link:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=35
Just run the installer after the download finishes.
Sorry again for the confusion.

If this plane will be released or not, the main question for now should be "Is it worth to buy now?". Since the announcement of MSFS2024 it doesn't make sense in my opinion to spend a penny into the current sim anymore. Yes, Asobo stated that 99% of all add-ons will work in the new sim but be honest, which developer will give a free update into a completely new platform instead charging the customer for a product twice? Train Sim World or Train Simulator are the best examples for this. Literally every year a new game and all extra content has to be bought new.

Just two weeks ago Mathijs gave you an answer to this question. Repeating your question over and over again, just because you don't like the answer will not change it.

Did you read when Mathijs said that an answer would be given at some point?
And with that statement he clearly meant some point in time after the initial release of the A330. It doesn't make too much sense to repeat such questions before the initial release as you couldn't possibly expect any other answer.

Hermans post earlier today was quite clear: please stay on topic, i.e. A330.
Posts deviating from topic will get hidden from public view.

One could read there will be no other announcements regarding progress to the a330, until the 1st of August, at at the very earliest we might have her by mid August if the transition period goes smoothly.
One could also assume that you can take Mathijs at his word:
