  3. It would be nice if there was a system whereby the aircraft would recognise if there was a custom sound for the safety video. IE so that someone could 1) go on YouTube. 2) Download your favourite safety video. 3) Cut the video and converto to the .wav file (I think that is the correct format). 4) Paste it into the texture (or sound file?) and have the aircraft recognise it and play it instead of the default one. Unfortunately I assume that is probably quite complicated to setup - I'm certainly not one to try and delete/replace default files.
  4. I would just like to say a big thanks to all the Aerosoft staff who have provided so many updates here. I have just spent the last few hours reading through this thread (getting up to date from page 55) and it has been a real pleasure. The way that the company and staff are so open, approachable and transparent about the aircraft's development is great. I am very much looking forwards to flying the A320 and A330. A special acknowledgement must be given to the beautiful modelling of the A330's landing gear. One question; at various points in this thread (or maybe in the previous one also) it was said that the tutorial flight would be from FRA-NCE, but elsewhere it was stated that it was a different route (FRA-LHR) I believe. edit; a second question actually. Can someone please confirm that the 77T MTOW variant is the one being modelled for the A320. Personally, I also thought it was unprofessional the way that they were smoking and drinking through the stream. Surely if you have the privilege of being an Aerosoft Beta tester, you would try to avoid doing these things when showcasing such a beautiful product? I don't mean to be judgemental though. Excellent; I had never even considered this! Independent flexing sounds great. Agreed! Actions like their's give the community no reason to trust them. In an ideal world, I would love for there to be a modelling of dirt build up. Aerosoft Professional flightdecks seem to be absolutely spotless (which I like), but it would be interesting if the build up of dirt/wear&tear/fingerprints/crumbs could be modelled. I guess it would involve the creation of many new similar texture files, so would be a lot of work. So as someone who lives in New Zealand, I will have to wait until the 27th (my time) for it to be released?
  5. Presumably the texture file of the newspaper will be easily enough to edit for those who want to? I am the sort of person who would love to "update" it to my local paper. Similarly, if it is possible, I will probably update the texture file of the phone to make it a WindowsPhone instead and maybe turn the coffee into apple-juice. I'm really loving all these beautiful details; Aerosoft are doing a great job and I am so grateful to the developers who keep us up to date on the product's progress throughout its development.
  6. But which weight/specs are standard? Airbus offers more than 10 different MTOW/MLW options for the A320. Which ones will the new A320 Professional use? It has been great to see the development progress of this aircraft as I read through this thread. Thankyou to Aerosoft and to the developers/testers for being so open about everything. I can't wait to fly it!
