ENGLISH DESCRIPTION
OMSI Addon Manager is a software that makes installing, managing, updating and removing add-ons for OMSI as easy as possible. No complex extracting anymore - just double-click the AMS file of an add-on and seconds later, you are able to use it in OMSI.
Clever features like automatic update notifications, the automatic check on other required add-ons or the included Downloadcenter for all registered add-ons make it very comfortable to use AM.

Please mind that this is only possible with add-ons compatible with AM - I hope that in future more and more add-on developers discover the potential of this small software.

  • Mousewheel is now usable in "My Installed Addons" view
  • Add-ons are automatically sorted alphabetically
  • AMF reading failures are not ignored - instead, an "unknown addon" with the corresponding ID is listed for further research

So this is really just an installer? ....... but why would people choose your installer over the trusted (also free) brands out there, like "Install Creator" ?

No, it is not. It informs you about updates of the add-ons you installed and provides an easy-to-use removal.
Additionally, it contains a structured Downloadcenter.

Sehr nützliches Tool, dieser ADDON-Manager, weil er sehr viele verschiedene Funktionen hat und die Zeit zum Installieren extrem verkürzt.


Und außerdem finde ich gut, dass er keine spezifischen Dateien benötigt. (einfach.zip - dies entspricht dem internen Kürzel.) Dadurch kann man die MODs auch ganz normal entpacken, ohne, dass man eine andere Datei downloaden muss.

Take a look at the two printscreens. This information is no help. In fact it is frustrating to get those as it dont say what the error is nor how to solve. In fact it would be better if I did'nt get this while I not can solve the problem...

I think this is not a problem of the Addon Manger but of the author of the Addon that requires the additional Addons. I think he die something wrong when he packed the files.

since downloading this new omsi addon manager i can no longer use it? i getting the same problems as the picture above sais. is there a way of getting this fixed?

Version 1.2.3 funktioniert fehlerlos!
Bei 1.2.4 gibt es ständig irgendwelche Probleme.
