    •   Yes, there will be a generous discount for who already owns the product.
My question is if it benefits from a discount, it will also be given to those who bought through Steam store, I do not use P3D and I have no plans to use it.
But I know that Airbus 2018 also brings something new to FSX / FSX-SE version, well, that's what I understood.
      Thank you.     João Alfredo
    • I do not subscribe to the hype about the other (Non Airbus) A320. I, like you (J VAN E) have all the options I need and I am not willing to pay a significantly more amount of money for things that I will not use. I do not think either plane competes against each other as they represent two different markets. I am anxiously waiting for the A318/19 as It's my go to plane. I have not even bothered to install my P3Dv4 yet as I cannot bring myself to give up the the A319. The one thing that cements my strong belief in the Aerosoft Airbus is that all the platforms (Except X Plane) are covered for the same price and that Aerosoft only charges for upgraded files. Anyway, back to waiting. I know it will be worth it.
    • @datguythoSo the BARO is the minimum altitude, I always thought it was a backup altimeter reading, ok I will try that thank you
    • Yes. On the approach page enter the minimum at the BARO (in this case 396 feet) if its an altitude. You can look up the necessary minimums at the approach charts.
    • @Frank Docter Thank you for your reply, your solution sounds good however I do not mess around with the "incorrect minimum" so is this in the approach page with temperature, winds, baro etc?
    • Optimum Stepclimbs still doesn't work. (Optimize Altitude/FL - min.Time, - min.Fuel , -min.Cost also pointless)   again back to 1.28.8. (Opt.Climbs works in 1.28.8 but often with high discrepancy. Aircraft Template Profile is set correct.)
    • There is no such tool You can only deactivate or activate a custom mesh. Everybody can do this in the scenery_packs.ini file. The mesh in X-Plane is much more complex than the FSX files. For a long time, the only way to modify the mesh was a complicated commandline tool. In Bergen they used a new tool, that might one day be able to modify the mesh on the fly. It is a pretty often wanted feature but Laminar doesn´t see any possibility for a small and simple tool at the moment. SInce they currently overwork the complete rendering engine such a request has to wait.
    • Beautiful catch Frank!   I was going to blame it on the size of his Icons... man, those things are HUGE (well, you know, every man should hear that at least once in his life).
    • Sieht bei mir auch so aus. In Frankfurt auch. Sehr merkwürdig. Die Lämpchen sind eckig und haben einen viel zu großen Leuchtkegel drumherum. Keine Ahnung woher das kommt.
    • The problem you are having is that you entered an incorrect mininum and because you are still in NAV mode the aircraft „thinks“ that you are flying a non precision approach. Due to the AP logic it will disconnect when you are 50 feet below that minimum.    Try to enter the correct minimum of 396 feet for an ILS cat1 approach to RWY26L in EGKK and see how it goes.
